Understanding Shutter Speeds

ISO- 800
f/stop- 13.0
Shutter Speed- 1/10

ISO-1600
f/stop- 4.5
Shutter speed- 1/200

Shutter Speed is the amount of time the shutter is open.
Visually the slower the shutter speed, the more blur the object in the photo has when it is in motion.
Technically, the shutter is open for longer which causes the object to be blurred unless it is COMPLETELY still.
The relationship shutter speed has in the exposure triangle is that when you change the shutter speed, you have to either raise or change the f/stop and the ISO along with it.
